Just because we have a referral network doesn’t make us an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) Typically MLM work by stealing people’s money. We charge our ZERO dollars to become a referral agent. We charge ZERO dollars on an ongoing basis. If you sign up people that hire or work in the system, you get paid by getting them into the system. Which is not an easy task, hence the reward. If you don’t sign up anyone, or the people you sign up do not work, well you get paid ZERO.
Everything. We put the worker first. That means we help people offering services keep more of their earnings. Up to 55% more than other platforms. Those other companies steal that money to pay investors and huge salaries. What is even more evil, is those companies take the worker’s hard earned money to invest into automation and robotics to replace the workers. That is pure evil. We hate evil companies.
Every business needs people with specialized skills for a day or a week. They don’t have enough work for a traditional full-time or part-time employee. At the end of the day, the work needs to get done to help the business and their employees to stuff done so they have happy customers. We fill that gap.
Hefe does not control the processing speed. It is purely controlled by our payment partner (Stripe) that handles all our transaction normally says two days or less.
If you are new, to Hefe and/or Stripe, there maybe some delays as Stripe conducts fraud, security checks and ensures that your money goes to your account and not someone else. These initial delays are to make sure you stays safe. Stripe says these checks should take no more than 2 days.
For regular users of Hefe, we have seen transactions happen in minutes. Some new users to Hefe that have other the popular apps that also use Stripe (such as ride sharing services) you may see transactions happen quickly as well.
All transactions will appear in your Stripe dashboard.
Do Not use Cash. We can not help you if there is a problem with a cash transaction.
Of course. Just sign up to hire. Post your job posting as public. Then review the ratings and feedback of applicants to find the best match for what you need. Easy and simple. If you don’t know how much you want to pay per hour, just make it a fixed bid deal. Like I want to pay $50 for someone to haul off my old washing machine. While some folks will want more, there is always someone that will do it for the price you want pay. If someone does an extra hard job or needs to buy materials.
